In a matter of days, after appearing in the Australian magazine PC PowerPlay data, we have gone to return to the rumor of the possible inclusion of a multiplayer mode in 'Mass Effect 3' to the official confirmation from EA and BioWare.
It is true that a title as 'Mass Effect 3', taking into account their previous two games and their characteristics, is not perhaps adjust to a competitive multiplayer. That is why what BioWare has been included in this third installment is a co-op. After the confirmation we can already see a first video in which Casey Hudson, executive producer of the game, talking about what we find. There are also a few images belonging to the cooperative:
Hudson makes it clear that this cooperative mode comes with the idea to complement the experience that we can live alongside Shepard in the way for a player rather than a part separated from the campaign as it can be found in a multitude of games.
We can form teams with up to three players more to carry out missions in cooperative and one of the main attractions will be the possibility of controlling characters that until now remained outside our scope. In this way we will have access to all the different classes and a number of different races.
According to our results by controlling the sites that we propose in these cooperative missions late in the game solo will be one way or another. I.e.: the integration of the multiplayer goes beyond to perform certain tasks with colleagues, reaching affect permanently to our progress in the campaign.
Things look very good because it does not appear in BioWare have chosen to make a multiplayer as well as as well only to have it, but everything will be integrated within the story. From next March 9, 2012 we can check it on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
